Can anyone tell the procedure how to remove a Disqualified director from the Pvt Ltd company, if company having more than 2 directors.

Disqualified director can be removed only by filing a petition in the HC and obtain a stay. Once relief is obtained, then file the form.
Disqualification of directors can be removed by filing petition in HC.
However the director can be removed by passing ordinary resolution by shareholders and file DIR 12 form

In any case, form DIR12 for his exit can be filed after his DIN is activated, For this his disqualification has to be removed. Then file DIR KYC and then only any form for his exit can be filed.
