How to remember Sections in Law ?

in group discussion you can remember importent sections in easy way.

But my case is Self Study and even no friends come during exams time, so any other solution to remember these sections ?

i don't think @ PCC level, u need to learn sections that more, so i wud suggest, try doing the concepts in a section perfectly and precisely and for remembering them, try re-connecting the concept with the section number.

 

 ------Like sec. 9 lays down over-riding effect of company act over any clause of any AOA/MOA, and then their is smthng like sec.25 companies.......

 

i mean 2 say try connect sections with the actual point mentioned in the section and 4 god sake don't try gulping every section. if at all u want to remember, try only landmark sections for remembering purpose. like sec.70 for prospectus, 64 for memo. in lieu of prospectus. and believe me i m not referring the act while writing all these sec. above. !!!! concentrate and read them as if u r abt to make smbody learn them, & that chalenge will make u remmeber them.!!!!!!!!!

I would like to share my personal experience.... After i go through the whole topic say negotiable instuments.... i try to recall the sections and write them on rough copy. Now i confirm its correctness.. Take 10 sections for each day... write each section 5 times without looking.... Repeat it for a week.... IN PCC, 4 TOPICS NAMELY EPF, BONUS , GRATUITY, NEGOTIABLE contain only 20-30 sections so it is not a big job to do them.... For company law, i pick up the scanner and Munish Bhandari, Look for important topics and go through their sections... Its not at all tough once you start doing with heart... GOOD LUCK wishes...
