i have a same prblm so plz tell some tips  which helps to learns the sections

Hey. first of all, dont try to consciously remember section. If u try to remember consciously, U WILL NEVER REMEMBER. u need not quote section numbers. If u quote wrong section number, they will give u zero even if u wrote answer right. So dont remember section no because :

1. It is headache.

2. It doesnt really give u much of additional marks. It can only impress examiner. I dont think anyone will give additional marks for it.

Just save some sections in ur mobile phone in messages and read them when u get time

ya... Kingsley is rite.. it's better to don't  write the section no: if you are not 100% sure......

just try to remember the provisions , and revise as much as possible.. u will automaticaly get the sections...

Very Good Matter for Nov Exam

Hye Folks,

I don't agree with Kingsley & Santosh. At the final level what ICAI expects from us is the advanced knowledge & sophisticated expertise. I can't imagine final level DT / IDT / Law answer without sections.

I am not saying that you have to mug up all sections, but remember only relevant & important sections. Believe me, they will give you a good marks in a pressure cooker tight situation where 1 mark also can create a magic.
