we have issued a c form but due to some mistake,it is wrong. the application is made. so what is the procedure to reject this application made by us ?

First You collect those "C" form from your supplier and submit the same to your concerned VAT Office with a Cancellation Letter, they will cancelled and after that you can request for new "C" Form.
