how to register for CA Membership?

I just cleared my ca exams yesterday and wanted to know how to register for CA membership.

How to register for CA membership .I would like to go into the service line.

can you give details of all the necessary forms and how to download the same ?

will the attested photocopy of marksheet from interent print out would do?

who should attest the same Chartered Accountants only?

what is a fellow certificate?
