First of all, convert the word file of MOA into PDF by using adobe printer. For this purpose, word file should not contain last page of MOA. Scan the last page of MOA in black n white using 300 resolution and increasing ink usage. Now you will have two pdf files: MOA without last page and last page of MOA. Close both the files. Now open MOA without last page with acrobat professional. Click on Document, insert pages. Select the last page of MOA (pdf) file, select location "after" "last page", then o. k. Two files wil be merged. Now click on "File", "reduce file size" option. Then save as the file with different name. Download FOrm 1 again and attach this MOA to new form 1. I feel filesize will be o. k.

HEENA MA'AM IS CORRECT...

U CAN ADOPT THAT PROCEDURE...

OTHERWISE  ADOBE ACROBAT PROVIDE OPTIONS

AS

ADVANCE> PDF OPTIMIZER>STANDARD>ENTER AND SAVE IT WITH SAVE AS OPTION

U WILL GET THE SOLUTION SURELY.

u can also use adobe professional it provides with option of "Reduce File Size"..

i agree wid u friend.

The thing is that if he converts the word file into PDF the file size will not be big. rest he can download the PDF compressor but it will not help him. he can better reconvert Word file into PDF by Using CTRL+P and selecting PDF in printer option. Size will not be a matter then.

If u dont have Word file of MOA, reconvert the PDF into word using PDF to .DOC converter and reconvert the Word into PDF and i m sure it will help u. the size of form 1 is not more than 500 KB and u can upload upto 2.6 MB on MCA21. so dont worry just follow my steps it will help u. its a knd of JUGAD i told u. i used to do the same when i need to do JUGAD

Dear Vinod,

You will have one more option apart from those suggested by the learned members. you can use the option of CROP TOOL. i knew it that it will take time to cut the unwanted corners of the scanned images but it will also help in reducing the size of the PDF file.

Regards,

you can just compress your pdf.

Following high quality methods sets are for compression and decompression.
private void DocumentCompression(string inFile, string outFile, ImageEncoder encoder);
private void DocumentDecompression(string inFile, string outFile, ImageDecoder Decoder);

HI there

Thanks for your sharing.But it is a little bit difficult for me to compress the pdf files using a code.I want to know that if there is any  pdf processing program which supports to do that directly?Thanks a lot.

"reduce file size" option is no where available.
