How to rectify ITR of previous AY

How can I rectify ITR of AY 2020-21.which has been revised/rectified during the same AY but intimation order u/s 143(1) & rectification order u/s 154 has been issued by dept.
Now I would like to rectify the same ITR but the Rectification request has not been submitting
and it showing in portalas below......... UNLESS LATEST ITR TO BE PROCESSED YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT SUBMITTED.
