start by discussing why a balancesheet is made, what period it covers & what does it disclose.
proceed by discussing the two sides of balance sheet.....liability & asset....& items shown in both the sides.......u can also show a proforma balance sheet to the audience with assumed figures
( but make sure both the sides tally...:P:P:P
