well you can terminate articleship at once JUST go to the local branch office and collect FORM NO-109 its free. AND fill the details and send ths form to regional office.

YOUR boss can not force you to retain with him. HE CAN NOT FORCE YOU TO CONTINUE. HE CAN NOT ASK ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER.

A CA in no circumstances can force article to work with him. THE CA regulation give the article liberty to get termination if the working atmosphere is not suited to article. ALSO CA can never ask for any reason for termination. ALSO institute never ask for reason of termination.

TERMINATION is totallly the matter of choice of article. FORM -109 is all what you needed to get signed from CA. IF he denies the sent a complaint as follows:-


if he do not sign the form 109 then you need to sent a complaint to the regional office or delhi head office. Jjust mention in complaint that your boss if forcing you and he is not giving you termination and he is not signing the form 109 ALSO you should mention that he is taking undue advantage and giving threat of making additional holidays in your records.

I think this  all is suffecient and remember we r not slave of CA. IF ur ca force you just say to him that you will sent a complaint to delhi head office regarding termination. I guess this will work.

hi everyone....

I have converted from PCC to IPCC in Jan 2009...with article ship continue...i attempted in May 2010...but very less chances of clearing....i want to terminate my article ship now so that i can study..for Nov 2010..as my boss is not going to give me leaves for Nov 2010..can i do so...and by using which Form..is signature of Principal necessary...?

Please give me answer..

these are al bullsh*t rules!!! a friend of mine wants to quit CA & so he filled in the reqd form but al he got was a letter from the f**king insti stating that his reason for termination is not as per certain rules introd on June 10...even i hv submitted a similar form & xpect a similar reply!!!wtf is dis!!!!screw the f**king insti!!!
