how to prepare law & Audit for final

my advise 2 u is just have regular reading of the two subjects that will help u 2 have a good command over the subjects. coaching is not really required. best of luck for may 2008

Hi I'm Keshav from Bangalore. You can refer G K Kapoor's 'Lectures on Corporate Laws' book for law. It is really good. It will be helpful for quick revision also. I'll get back to you on auditing. But, please purchase the compilation which is available in institute and complete that. It will be really really helpful. Atleast 30-40 marks quesitons will repeat. Thanks Keshav H S
