Hi all,
Can anyone please guide me about how to prepare Law & Audit for CA Final. My attempt is in May 2008. Should I take the coaching for these subjects or they are managable through self study. If so can you please suggest me the books for the same.

my advise 2 u is just have regular reading of the two subjects that will help u 2 have a good command over the subjects. coaching is not really required.

I'm Keshav from Bangalore. You can refer G K Kapoor's 'Lectures on Corporate Laws' book for law. It is really good. It will be helpful for quick revision also. I'll get back to you on auditing.
But, please purchase the compilation which is available in institute and complete that. It will be really really helpful. Atleast 30-40 marks quesitons will repeat.
