i am trying to prepare form 16A for number of deductees thru data store in excel sheets named
as 1.deductor detail, 2.Challan detail, 3.Deductee detail
but unable to prepare the form 16A
if anybody can help looking file and data in attached excel2007 file Surely I wil be obliged for the same.

Manully preparing of form 16A is some typical and lengthy process since each and every data will have to be found out and then type the same in the form.
Alternatively..
You can download all the form 16A from www.tin-nsdl.com
just login into your TAN and submit details of the quarter for which you want to download form 16A.
All form16A will be availabe to you within few seconds in PDF format.
