How to prepare for an interview ??

Hi

I cleared my final exam in the term november 2011.I have started applying off campus for jobs.But at present i am at a fix regarding my preperation for the interview.I have completed my arcticleship from a small firm where there was not much exposure.So want know what all things we should be updated about and things that we are required to study to be well prepared for an interview??..
