banks are refusing to demand draft except for account holders so i m having problem.how do i dd.i m being late for revalidation.plz anyone help

ask someone with account to help. or go to SBI they should make a DD in cash.or open your account. why r u not able to think through this problem.
thnx for help but i have gone 6-7 banks all of them r refusing they say i should have acount.what should i do now.i want to fill up exam form n start prep but this prblm is taking my time.
your family or friends must be having bank account Take their help
Ask any small bank like Dena bank as first option.

rs 400 dd in favour of your regional council and attach a letter of your request
and yeah open a bank account when you have the time. now you know how important it is :) all the best 👍
