An Incumbant was getting salary in A.Y. 2008-09, 2009-10 and filed ITR-1 and from A.Y. 2010-11 onwards he is earning from consultancy fees and filling ITR-4 in NO ACCOUNT CASE.
Now for A.Y. 2012-13 he wants to prepare Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c 1st time. Can anybody suggest & provide me the format & guidelines to prepare Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c and how to include previous years income in this year.
