Are U talking about Gujarat VAT? or Maharashtra VAt?
In Gujarat Form 704 is not at all related to AUDIT report.
If u have a separate question relating to Mharastra VAT, you should raise the question separately.
you can purchase GVAT Audit Manual, which is published in gujarati language but format of VAT Audit Report is given in enlish and detail of check list and various audit information is provided in that book.
