How to pay panelty under gst for e way bill.

Good Evening to all Expert,

                                        Sir how to pay panelty for E way Bill expiry in transit through Gst Portal.Which Challan i will fill. normal Challan or any other type.

Can i take Itc of it. ???

Pay in Cash ledger & file DRC 03 to setoff the same (voluntary)

You will have to pay the amount in cash ledger. Such amount cannot be taken as credit.

I have pay 102000 in Igst column and 102000 in panelty column.So can I not take ITC of IGST amount means 102000 amount

Even though u have paid the amount and it is in your cash ledger, it is actually towards penalty and hence you cannot take benefit of such amount.
And moreover it is not a Input tax credit
