How to pay online stamp duty on share transfer

Dear Professionals,

I have to transfer the shares and the Stamp Duty payable on the Share Transfer instrument is in large amount. So Please tell me could I make online payment of Stamp duty. If yes, then where it can be done? Because, I had tried for several times in various bank branch situated at Pune which is authorised for the online payment of Stamp duty.
