if I have 2 bank account , for example HDFC Bank & IDFC Bank
I'm transferring amount from HDFC to IDFC. now my question is when I'm passing bank statement of HDFC Bank , that time I'm passing on contra voucher which was
IDFC Bank
to HDFC Bank
but now I'm passing bank statement entries on tally of IDFC Bank.
now what was the correct entry.
in which the HDFC Bank amount is not reflected.

How to pass journal entry

No need to pass the entry for same transaction again while entering the statement of IDFC bank.
Inter-bank contra entry passed earlier from HDFC statement will get reflected in IDFC bank ledger as well.
If not getting reflected, then check the ledger configurations etc.
