How to manage studies studies (ca) along with job

hi friends.., my life ambition is CA. but fortunately or unfortunately i got job in CMA campus in a good company with handful of package. that tempts me to get into work. Now i want to clear my ca final.. i am unable to manage myself with work preassure.. one year back i had given my first attempt. i couldn't write exams this year since i am probation period... so please someone give me tips and suggestions to reach my goal... thanks in advance Ashok
