How to make application

What i understood is make correction neatly and use highlighter on that particular space to bring the correction to their notice easily then write an application normally addressing the secretary (examination)...... stating what you rectified as what etc .But  these should be relating to matters other than NO OF GROUPS APPLIED and CENTRE FOR EXAM CHOSEN .Don't forget to mention your Regtn. No. and Control no. on the application along with name, as it is a declaration from your side that u yourself have made changes what are required  . just send the application along with online appl. form by speed post.  If changes are relating to NO OF GROUPS APPLIED and CENTRE FOR EXAM then you should consult officials of ICAI, as these r not general corrections.
