how to make adjustment entries in tally prime
for both sundry debtors and sundry creditors
For example:
my company name is Sri dev enterprises I made sales to Shiva traders Rs 1 lakh.
so after Shiva traders are paid means ,in my books of accounts I will make receipt in bank entries
but shiva gave me a 2 lakh means
how can I adjust in books of accounts in tally prime
* many people's confusing me suppose if your payment receives how can made adjustment entries..
plse give me a practical example clear opinion solutions
If You sell to Shiva Traders for one lakh as bill number 001...
Shiva gave 2 lakhs...
Then provide receipt entry like
Cr. Shiva Traders A/c - 200,000/-
(agt ref - 001 - 100000
Adv - 100000 )
Dr. Bank A/c - 200,000/
Now the Shiva Traders balance shown in Cr Side Rs. 100,000/- as advance...
