How to know the about Strike off Company details

Hello,

One of Client incorporated Pvt Ltd in 2013, Company CIN : U72200TG2013PTC091162(Total Performance (India) Pvt Ltd) , In the Company master data it is showing as Strike off, date of BS showing as Nothing, How to know about complete details of company like who is striked off the company(Applied by directors or ROC did it Voluntarily) and when it is was done.

Is Director Consider as holding directorship in Strike Off company ?? Is it needs to mention in DIR 8 & DIR 12

Is the director consider as default director ??

Directors don't know nothing about all these.

Please help.

On MCA Portal, check for list of companies struck off by ROC for non filing of its financial statements and annual reports. If your company is in such list then ROC have struck off your company after giving notice.

You can also take online inspection of your company to know if it has been struck off at the instance of any director. as the company was registered in the year 2013, the B/s for 8 years are due. uf no B/s has been filed by the company then this company must have been struck off in the year 2017 by ROC itself. in that case you can visit MCA website as suggested above.
