How to keep records by job worker

Hi Pradeep,

You can make use of Job work feature In Tally.,ERP 9.

1) When materials are received principal company, you can record using Material In voucher type and store in  a Godown created as "Third Party stock with us" where this stock will not affect you Stock summary

2) When goods are delivered, you can use Material Out voucher type, 

3) you can raise a sales bill for maching & boring separately.

Dear Sir,

"A company takes job work from principal manufacturing company for boring & machining of certain materials. This not any kind of manufacturing activities. The job worker needs to return the material after machining the same along with scrap materials and raise Job work bill for doing such work. So how to make the entries in Tally ERP 9? For better understanding I am elaborting the fact as mentioned below:- 1) A job worker (XYZ ltd) has received 9nos of S.G Rolls from principal manufacturer ( ABC Ltd) on returnable basis. Total value of material say Rs. 10,00,000/-. 2) The job worker needs to boring & machining the same and returned the 9nos of S.G rolls to ABC Ltd along with scrap of say 100 Kg of S.G Rolls & 20 nos of S.G roll cut pices 3) Raise job work bill towards maching & boring , amt of Rs. 1,00,000/- So the entire records to be captured in Tally? Can any one guide me in this regard?
