we have a Commercial Building with three co -owners, recently we are agreed to rentout outside party for Rs 500,000 per Month then one of the co-ownwer lesser share (10%) in Commerical building so what are the implication of service tax, also how to issue service tax invoice

- Rental income is taxable proportionately for all 3 co-owners (according to their share)
- 3 separate invoices to be issued
- If income exceeds the threshold limit of 10 lacs (in each of cases separately), then ST to be charged separately for each invoice.
