cutting and polishing for (job work) party B
A has to issue bill in favor of party B, and deliver the goods to C,
C will issue his labour charge bill to B and deliver the goods to C
to ease the process B will have to issue a materials challan to C for the quantity received from A on the same date and with invoice reference number of A
