Dear Friends,

I have taken up subject of law for the first read in last  few days, taken up the book of  author " Munish Bhandari " for CA Final corporate law.

I want your suggetions on how to go about remebering all the aspects of the Law especially alied laws to the subject.

I have made some scribled notes on  the parts i read.

I remember overall portion on first reading but i am never spot on in a answer as i can answer the question but not the 100 per provision of law. I can answer only in bits and pieces.

I am not confident on remebering section numbers and penalties of every provision. What is exactly expected from students and manner of writing or approaching in exam ?

I have read alied laws but very very dicy on them.

Please tell me what to study from following acts as i am not confident in foll:

  • SEBI
  • Securitisation and reconstruction of financial assets and enforcement act
  • IRDA act
  • FEMA 1999
  • Revivial of sick companies
  •

i welcome tips on related issues,

Regards,

Jugal

do try it works nd plz let me know the after effect...

Hi frnz

You can also relate the sections with the recent cases which are happening in our economy. It gives you a fair idea of what exactly the consequences are for non compliances of the provisions...

There are many recent cases related to SEBI,FEMA etc..I can understand that its not easy to remember each and evry detail in one go it needs loads of practice...but the above idea works for me...try it if posiible.

Best wishes.

Hello friends,

If you are not comfortable with lengthy provisions of sections then change your reading style I have secured around 55 mars by following the below mentioned method-

Dont read lengthy provisions first but read the question - answers given in bhandari and after that refer latest publication of the institute i.e. suggested or practice manual etc.  Revision is the mother of memory so one time reading will not be sufficient. So keep on revising. Take second chapter only after completing first one. After that refer detailed provisions of bhandari so lapsed portion will also be covered and will be completed quickly.

Happy reading..........
