how can we know the username and password of own firm if the CA or advocate refuses to tell the same to us??

Are you stating about gst
You can get your firm's username and password reset from gst officer by giving an application to them on company letter head with signature of authorized signatory
You can do online also on gst portal click forget username and password and follow the instruction.
Anil ji but that requires registered email id and mobile number for otp or user id if Mr. Balbir Singh ji have the same they should go on online process.
