Hey friends,
can anyone solve a situation below?
My one friend has done 18 months articles and appeared in the PCC exams for first group in nov 08. he want to appear in second group in may 09 but do not want to do articles between this period. Is there any way how should he get the exam form sign from his CA without going on the training for may exams. Please reply.

If the student is not pursuing any Articles during that time : he can get the form signed by any C.A ., he need not be and Ex-Principal

Thank u sir. But may you please clearify the process because the CA is required to give a certificate by signing the exam form, and that certificate can be obtained from the only one under which a person is doing articles.

U people don't have reqiured to take more than 18 months traning to appear in PCC exam. So u should not worry about this. In the case of Examination form it can be ceritfied by any gugeted officer.

Hey for PCC eligibility is to complete the articles for 18 months. any how u finished that so u need not do any articles for writing group 2 pcc once u register for final u can start doing articles for remaining period. u r previous employer can sign on u r examination form for u r eligibility.
