I need balance sheet and other financial transaction details of a private limited company, where I have newly taken a charge as director. I have been forced to hunt for the details outside, due to non-co-operative attitude of the people inside organisation. Need a serious help / suggestion.

you can get Public document online log in to www.mca.gov.in
1)you need to register you can register as register user.
2)pay on line through credit card or net banking or in bank 50 rs
3)then in view document you can view all public document of company which they have uploaded to CLB

Log on to https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/, pay a fees of Rs.50/- on the online payment. In the view documents, you can get all public documents that are required to be uploaded with ROC.
