Hello Everyone,
The Section 136 of Co. Act 2013 says listed co can email annual financial statements and other docs required to be attached with it, and provide hard copy to anyone who asks for it..!
what is the procedure to ask for it?
I hold shares of many companies and I want hard copies.

Write to that Company for Physical copies, however, it is recommended to avail the benefit of the soft copy which is not only cost saviour for the company but also save the environment and support the Green Innitiative.
How i can get the hard copy of annual report of listed companies.

As earlier said by Ankur Ji; you can write to Company Secretary/Compliance Officer for the same
