I have service tax code AMPPG2500ESD001, Please help met to get information about commissionerate name, code, division code & range code for filling GAR7 Challan with ICICI BANK

The service provide is Courier Service.

The address is Akshardhara - II, Nr. HDFC Bank, Opp. Sachin Tower, 100 Feet Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad.- 380 015.

Kindly guide me for Commissionerate, Division and Range Code.

if the service receipient is receiveing 3 service and paying service tax under reverse charge, and thrice the service lie in 3 different range, which range should be selected which taking service tax registration?

In my case we are taking 3 following services, for which, we are liable to pay service tax under reverse charge mechanism:-

1)  Goods Transport Agency

2) Man Power Recruitment Agency (Partial Reverse Charge)

3) Advocate Services.
