simple funda........revise 2 to 3 time all the syllabus.read RTP AND LATEST UPDATES........smiley

Don't leave any topics I mean don't be selective in your approach, read everything, sometimes even a 2/4 marks questions will be given for 8 marks and vice versa...So don't take a chance, Study as much as you can of a topic and regarding the exam , Be crystal clear don't elaborate much, Unnecessary elaboration don't really impress the examiner.

im studyin law using institute material. is there any book which will be useful for me to read easily? i also got a scanner which i used to read during revision time!

Institute material is more than enough but If you are feeling difficult to read from the institute's material, Try out Munish Bhandari's book. Many find it easy to read from Munish Bhandari's book as it contains a good amount of examples with simple language. It is the best book for self study.....I don't suggest scanners, Scanners may help but thats not a good approach , instead read practice manuals of ICAI.

As of my observation no books are substituted for Institute material material & Practice manual is more than sufficient to clear.

best of luck

Please take a look at Ipcc Law NOTES uploaded on my blog at www.castudyarena.com.I have uploased 6Notes on Ipcc Law and will upload more in future. These are the Notes which I had made during my Ipcc preparation and they helped me clear both groups in May2012 in my first attempt.I am uploading the same notes so they may be helpful to all my fellow students. STAY TUNED!!!!!!!!!.

If u can find time to read another book simultaneously,do refer to munish bhandari.all concepts are given in a tabular form, short & simple.also a short question bank at the end of each chapter, which is good for revision.do try..

Munish bhandari book is the best book for law.. along with it use practice manual sure one can 60+

a) READ the Entire Question paper without thinking what you know and what you don’t

b) In theory papers Start with the question you know best follow it what you know second best and so on.

c) Now comes the tricky part. NEVER   EVER start ANSWERING YOUR Question Paper with a Practical Question. Because no wonder how well you are prepared, the tension level starts shooting up once you enter the Examination hall and doesn’t come down till at least half an hour elapses after getting the question paper. If you take up a practical question at that time you are bound to make mistake as the mind is tense and it would require a lot of calculations. If you are tripped in first question you get more nervous and your thinking is clouded leading to mistakes and valuable time is lost forcing you to hurry and make more mistakes. In the end the paper is either not solved fully and especially the theory papers get the sketchy treatment resulting in poor marks. So if you start with a theory paper, You give your full attention to it writing it properly and writing for around half hours will calm your nerves and then you can take up the practical question you know the best and follow it with second best and so on. Once your mind has calmed down you can attempt the rest of the paper in an objective way. Simple!!!!

Don’t forget the first point ie reading without thinking what you know. Reading neutrally will take the question (input) to back memory (Hard disk) of your mind and the answer (output) will come when you are ready to take up your first practical question. It takes a bit of time and a relaxed state of mind to retrieve info that is there and needed to solve the practical question. Theory question don’t need much application of mind and there is no fear of being right or wrong

.

There is no need to 4-5 times revision of Law Subject. As I did I suggest you to please completely study the Institute material, don't get confused about the supplementry books, instead of it take help from RTP and Suggested Answers..As I got 70 marks in Law, only give focus to institute material and read carefully. Good Luck.
