for NBFC Registration you need to have NOC from NBFC Wing in RBI that you want to incorporate such and such NBFC. After getting the approval you can proceed for name approval to ROC. After the company is incorporated, then you have to correspondence with RBI for RBI Licence of category A or category B. The minimum capital requirement in case of NBFC registration is Rs. 2 crores.
