PAN card is the Identity Proof of HUF already formed!
Now just open bank account and start accumulating corpus.
first step u should apply for huf pan card alongwith your first son's birth certificate
second when u got your pan no. then what u want to do u can do

Once Child is born , prepare HUF deed stating gift of some amount from your father mother as gift to HUF. With the deed apply for pan card, open bank account and undertake business activities or any similar transactions.
