How to find State Unit Circle etc code?

The GST registration asks for State Unit / circle/ Ward etc codes. Since I don't have GST, how may I find it?

I checked website of Uttar Pradesh VAT. Unfortunately there is no information on the site.

It's your VAT circle details also you get it your RC certificate...

You are the New dealer. If you can't find hw to finish the Registration Process... Never mind go to your nearest Proffesional they short out your problems....
