Should I Fill Quarter wise Or Get Total of all quarters?
And What Amount Fill In “Income Chargeable under the head salaries”?

see in coloumn of income chargeable under head..see form 16 6th ,it will show income chargeable under the head salaries..
you should take that value..ans not total income figure..it will correct only if assesse not having any other income
