How to fill ITR 1 to get full tax refund of Assessment year 2018-19 if a person is exempted of income tax under section 10(26) of income tax act ?

If its salary income, file the return as per form 16 under salary head.

For any other income, for non-deduction of tax certificate from your jurisdictional ITO is required. Based on that you can file return.
