Hi all, how can i file IT retunrs on behalf of others as i'm a not ITP and can i pay income tax from by bank account on filing on their behalf.

You can log in with their PAN and password with their permission of course.
You can pay tax online from your account and recover the same from them.
I hope this helps
normal BS,capital account, Bank account is enough for filing proprietor business income.
You can also register as their CA in the efiling website.
