How to file itr 4

Dear All,

Please help me to file ITR 4

I have an issue on NATURE OF BUSINESS PROFESSION,

he have income on Salary, Ola Cab and some professional income

B1 SALARY 573423

E1   Ola Cab 215603

E1a 6% 12936

E3 Professional Income 30000

E4 50% presumptive income under section 44ADA (50% E3) is Rs. 15000

E8 is 27936

when submitting the error is 

IF THE INCOME IS LESS THAN 6% OF E1(a) IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE A TAX AUDIT UDER 44AB. PLEASE USE REGULAR ITR  3/5 FORM.

ANY ONE HELP ME.
