Fill the general information asked in the E Form.
Then Attach:
1. INC-10 filed at time of incorporation of company in INC-7
2. Resolution for appointment of First Auditor and authorisation for applying commencement of business certificate
3. Statement of preliminary expenses and resolution for approval of preliminary expenses
4. INC-21 to be stamped as per the state stamp act and get the same notarised and attach with INC-21
5. Statement of bank account exhibiting that the required amount of rs. 1 lakh has been deposited.
Then file the same with concerned ROC.
