I have a company, which is Dormant stage. I want to reactivate (or wind-up) the same, but my DIN-3 is not completed. Please suggest me, how to validate my DIN-3, and re-activate (or wind-up) my company?

How to file Form 61, when DIN-3 is not approved

file form 61 with attached letter on company letterhead signed by director of the company requesting Roc to change the status of the company to active. Than roc will give you time of 21days file the AR, BS and Din3 up to date.
i am unable to upload form 61....CA says that form 61 can be done only after din 3 is approved... is it true???
