i have a client which deals in LPG clynders ( Authorised agent IOC), registered in excise as a dealer.
It purchases from LPG IOC Kanpur, and sell it to consumers. he does not make any sell from which credit pass on.
then tell me how can file return because colum of credit pass on is mandatory
