How to file excise nil returns?

Dear friends

Am working in a newly established pvt ltd., company.

I want to know how to file the nil returns(quartely returns) by online. Its a trading company.

pls guide me its very urgent.....

fill zero in all columns and file, with date, place and person filing

First You go www.aces.gov.in.and fill your your user name and password then go to RET obtion and Click them and then Select file return obtion.and select Quarter Then click the obtion Of Nil Return.after then automatically fill all the coloum by zero.then only click next and in the end submit .

If Importer Import goods and sale it to other person with Cenvat credit and also to other person without cenvat Invoice. how that is to be shown in return?

1) Only Invoice to be Shown?

2) Both Invoice to be Shown?
