A Private Limited Co. incorporated in FY:2007-08 has not filed any document with MCA subsequent to the date of incorporation. Accordingly name of the company is now shown by MCA in the Defaulters list but companys status is shown as Active for e-filing. Two of the directors out of five directors of this company are also directors in another private limited company. Since first company is in the defaulters list of MCA, accordingly second company is not able to file any annual document for the FY:2011-12 with MCA.
Please suggest how this problem can be sorted out.
