hello.
when I try to download the offline ITR utility on the new site the page does not download anything, instead it just shows following message.

| This page can't be displayed. Contact support for additional information. The incident ID is: N/A. |
Does anyone know how to download the itr offline utility?
Am I missing anything. I tried many browsers but same display.
Once you access the e-filing portal . You can download the Utility under: 'Downloads -> Offline Utilities -> Income Tax Return Preparation Utilities'.
Few days back, I could download without any problem. Probably it could be a temporary glitch.
