there is no need for wait until expiry of 1 year for voluntary registration
provision amended even before 1 year we can cancel it

can i cancelled GST no without Annual return because my tourn over is not 20 lac than what can i do.

GSTR-10 is the return to be filed by the registered taxable persons who have opted for the cancellation of the GST registration

First of all you have to apply for Cancellation of your GSTIN in the common portal and after 3 months of processing, you have to file a return known as FINAL RETURN i.e GSTR 10.

Refer SECTION 45 of CGST Act, 2017 for more information regarding Final Return....
