How to derive purchase cost of land
My relative sold agriculture land which is 2kms to muncipal limits in OCT-2016. He got that land by way of inheritance from his grandma. The land doesn't have any document or link document but have ROR Copy. How we derive the Purchase cost for IT Return filing / Capital Gains purpose.
