How to delete paste name in excel

Give the suitable example!

I had created names in the cell reference box which appears at the top left corner of the screen below the standard toolbar. Now I want to delete it but it appears in all the files including the file in which it was created when I press F3

In the Insert Function on the Menu Bar there will be a function called Name with an arrow showing define, paste, create, Apply etc. in that click on define and which ever names you want to delete select it and click on delete
