You can remove deductee details by request for online correction. There is an option in correction to correct deductee details

Can you please help me on this.  How one can delete the deductee by online corrections.

We cannot delete the deductee in online correction,, in online correction you can only allote the same deduction to any other deductee or else you have to keep minumun Rs10 and save it, if you still want to delete that entry so download the conso file from trances and with the help of the revise return ulitility change the details into it by removing that particular deductee and upload the revised return.

I tried to delete deductee row but it couldnt be deleted.

I think the problem may be at your end

If there is any problem you cant sorted out, then better to contact some local help.

HOW TO RECTIFY IF DUPLICATE  ENTRY DONE AND ONLY DEDCUTEES NOT LINKED AND CHALLAN ACCEPTED

Revise the TDS return correcting the details

that can be done by rectifying the previous put details

YEAH RIGHT  WHEN WE PUT 0 FOR DELETION OF DEDUCTEE ENTRY IT ASK FOR REASON.. WHICH ARE NOT APPLICABLE OVER HERE BEING DOUBLE ENTRY OR WRONG ENTRY POSTED. IT ACCEPT THE FIGURE 1 FOR DELETION OF THE ENTRY AT ALL. THE MATTER AT ALL IS THAT IS IT ACCEPTABLE TO SHOW RS 1 IN SOMEONE' S 26AS...

i want to delete 1 deductee in TDS Return  27Q, which is file as PAN not Available (C flag),

Once a TDS return has been filed, generally we cannot delete a deductee record from it. However, we can make modifications or additions to the details in the TDS return.
