How to declared previous year income?
I have income from year 2014 which I failed to declare due to some reason. How can I declare the same now to the income tax department?

You cant filed return befor A.Y.2016-18
there is no way to declare the prior period income under the income tax law. If your case comes for scrutiny then you may file revised computation when asked for incorporating the undeclared income in the return on your own. then you may escape from penalty, but an issue of litigation
